Booking online through our booking engine from the Heather Lodge website offers a rate for two adults with a meal plan (see details below photo), booking on www.booking.com provides a room-only rate.

PACKAGES
Modified American Plan packages include accommodation, four-course dinner, and two-course hot breakfasts, plus full use of all on-site recreational facilities. The rate also includes WiFi in the lodge, and rooms, right down to the waterfront complimentary to two devices per room. The rates that are listed are a one-night premium for the two adults nightly rate with a two-night minimum stay. The more nights you book, the better the rate that will be adjusted and will be indicated in your email confirmation.
All rates are based on double occupancy (two persons per room) and subject to applicable taxes but do not include gratuity-see below.
GRATUITY
Our team strives to ensure you feel spoiled at Heather Lodge! Gratuity is not included in the meal plan package. Leaving a tip is an incentive based on the service at the discretion of the customer.
Dining room: After each meal, you will be presented with the entire bill for meals and drinks. You may add gratuity to the receipt and charge it to your master bill or by leaving a cash tip on the table. The gratuity is pooled and divided fairly as a team effort to both our front-of-house servers and back-of-house kitchen team.
Our housekeeping team goes the extra mile to ensure the room is stocked, aired out, and spotless for your arrival. Gratuity for our housekeeping team can be left in the room on departure as a cash tip. The team also pools any tips and equally splits the gratuity.
OCCUPANCY
All 12 rooms offer a king bed, room occupancy is maximized for two adults.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in ensuring your room is well-stocked and sanitized prior to your arrival. During your stay, they will not enter your room, however, we have a daily system in place to replenish the items you require.
AIR CONDITIONING
Both dining rooms offer air conditioning! All rooms have air conditioning, plus ceiling fans and a bedside fan.
TOWELS & LIFE JACKETS
Sanitized life jackets, safety watercraft bucket, and beach towels are provided in every room for your convenience.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
A Heather Lodge Gift Certificate provides the ultimate ease in gift-giving. Select from a variety of Gift Certificates offering Dinner for Two Certificate or by the denominations of your choice, allowing the recipient to purchase any service or product. We also provide gift bags for each gift certificate should you wish to dress it up a little!
Simply provide your credit card information by phone and choose the delivery method. Gift Certificates must be done through our front desk during normal operation hours, not in the dining room.

RESERVATION FAQ’S
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in time: 4:00pm
Checkout time: 11:00am
EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES
On arrival day please do not come until at least 3:00pm, where you may use the waterfront until 4:00 after checkin us, on the departure from the room at 11:00am, you may use the facilities for no later than 1:00pm.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking for the amount of $200.00 per room.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received up to 7 days prior to arrival with a non-refundable processing fee of $25.00, we will refund the difference in the deposit within the week, should it be less than 7 days up to 72 hours, you forfeit your deposit, cancellation 48 hours or less you are subject to pay subject to one night’s room and tax charges.
PET POLICY
Although we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring their pets. We can offer suggestions for reputable kennels in the area. Please be aware that the Innkeepers do have resident, non-allergenic dogs that you may see from time to time. They are super friendly and never go into the rooms!
CHILD POLICY
Please note, due to the exclusivity to adults approach at our lodge and facility layout, we do not allow children. Please be aware that the Innkeepers do have resident teens of their own that you may see from time to time.
SMOKING POLICY
Rooms, patio, and door entrances are strictly non-smoking areas which include cannabis, vapes, and electronic cigarettes, we offer a designated smoking area for our guests. Plant/raw form Cannabis is not permitted in the rooms due to the lingering smell, additional fees of $250.00 will apply in the event of either infraction in the rooms.

There will be no discounts for missed meals.
